Return and refund policy

Return and refund policies for online orders The customer is granted a right of revocation during
 14 calendar days after receipt of the goods. The deadline is deemed to be met if the customer
 sends the written cancellation within the time limit Foamboard.shop. The revocation does not
 require justification.

The exercise of the right of revocation leads to a reversal of the contract. The customer must
 return the goods in original packaging within 10 calendar days, complete with all accessories and
 returned together with the invoice to the return address given by Foamboard.shop. Returns to
 Foamboard.shop will be at the expense and risk of the customer. Any payment already made will
 be refunded to the customer within 20 calendar days, provided that Foamboard.shop has already
 returned the goods or the customer can provide a proof of shipment.

Foamboard.shop reserves the right to demand appropriate compensation for damages, excessive
 wear or loss of value due to improper handling and to deduct the value reduction from the
 already paid purchase price or to invoice the customer.
