General Terms and Conditions

The "General Terms and Conditions" are translated from dutch.


These are our terms and conditions. These, along with the references they contain apply to any agreement that we, The Perfect Supplies Company (with the Commercial Register: 33,272,757) and connect with you. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions. You agree that more recent version of these Terms and Conditions will apply to our agreement.


We sell foam plates, foam plates accessories and foam plates accessories.


You can register to order a product that speeds up the ordering process by following orders. When you register you must provide your personal information previously provided to us. This personal information you must enter truthfully and they must be up to date. We protect your personal information properly. Use a strong password for your account and enter your password to others. You are responsible for any abuse of your account (for example: an order with us like any other with your password).


The (total) cost of products is both inclusive and exclusive of VAT indicated in our webshop. In case you find the products within the EU but calls made outside the Netherlands have, we can only invoice against VAT 0 rate when you mention the valid VAT number for your business.

You can pay in our shop with Multisafepay, credit card, Ideal, Bankcontact, Sofort and Paypal or by bank transfer. The shipping costs are for your account, they are always mentioned when ordering.


We deliver your product to the address you provided when ordering. You can not change your address if we have shipped the package. DPD or DHL usually take care of the distribution. When the package is shipped, you will receive a track & trace code that allows you to follow the order. In case of a pallet delivery order is provided by a carrier that provides a track & trace code.

In case of delivery within the Netherlands, we do our best to deliver the order within 24 hours of your order. When ordering in the afternoon and are not sure whether your order the same day will be processed, please contact us. We guarantee that you look the order 14 days after confirmation of the order will be received. If this unlikely event not, please ask us for the amount you have paid to pay back immediately for the product.


In case of postpaid products delivered remain our property until the delivered product including transportation costs paid in full. You are not authorized to make products that are not fully paid by supplying, lend or pledge.


The product must always be within 14 days after you receive it, send it back. You can do this with the return form or by sending an email to [email protected] and calling +31 20 700 66 04. The costs of return are at your expense. During the period that you have to consider whether you want to keep the product, you should carefully handle the product and packaging. You may only unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to determine whether to keep the product.

After you have received our confirmation, you must send the product within 14 days. If we have received the product in undamaged, original condition, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days. Products that are made to specifications from you (not prefabricated) can not be returned.


The product and price specifications of the foam boards can be found on our website. This applies to the color, the thickness and dimensions. We are not liable for possible differences between the specifications and the precise color listed on the website, thickness and dimensions of the product you receive. Obvious mistakes or obvious (price) errors in the offer do not bind us. We are also not liable for damages caused by use of a product. This does not apply if the damage was caused by our intent, gross negligence or willful recklessness. Your right to compensation is in any case not exceed the amount of the ordered and paid product.


All intellectual property rights (including copyright, logos, word marks) on our texts, photos, pictures and other materials belong to us (whether we have managed with authorization of the rightholder). Your use must not infringe on here.


If you have a complaint about the implementation of the agreement, let us know. Send your complaint as soon as possible (and described as completely as possible) to [email protected]. We will handle your complaint as soon as possible and not later than 5 days after we received your complaint. If it takes longer to settle the complaint, you will receive a confirmation within 2 days of your complaint and let us know when we expect a substantive response. If we can not mutually resolve the complaint, there is a dispute covered by the arbitration.
